The final invoice will be sent once the accounting department has registered your payment.
Please note that this might take up to 2 weeks.
As we are always willing to do our best to allow attendees to participate, we allow onsite payment if required my email. A welcome envelope will be prepared for you, as well as the possibility to display and present your poster onsite, but we can no longer insert an abstract in the printed version of the book without pre-payment of the fee.
If you attend the conference, we will include your abstract afterwards in the electronic version of the book (with the official layout and a page number) so you will be able to present a proof to your Institution.
Our policy does not allow us to cover any social events, excursions, accommodation or buses without pre-payment. In case pre-payment isn’t possible, you will be welcome to book activities, if available, at the registration desk during the conference.
You will be informed about your abstract acceptance 2 to 3 weeks after the submission deadline has passed.
After registration, the payment should be done as soon as possible. In case we do not receive your payment before the start of the symposium, your registration will be cancelled. In case your abstract is not accepted for presentation at the symposium, no cancellation fee will be due.
