Accommodation - remarks:

• All students will automatically be accommodated at the Monasterium Poortackere, located at a short walk from the conference venue. One night accommodation (May 19) in a shared room is included in their registration fee. During the online registration process, students will not have the possibility to book one of the other hotels.
• Participants registering with the academic or industry profile, do not have the accommodation included in their registration fee. They have the option to choose between on of the hotels below. 
• Please note that your accommodation booking cannot be cancelled anymore after April 16!
