Online registration is required to submit abstracts, but payment is not mandatory at this stage. However, accepted summaries will only be published in the book of abstracts of the symposium after full payment of the registration fee.
A "Micro Company" is defined as an enterprise which employs fewer than 10 persons and whose annual turnover and/or annual balance sheet total does not exceed EUR 2 million.
Special rates Participants from academia and students/post-docs from countries with developing economies (as defined by the World Bank) and with an EFMC National Adhering Organisation, are offered a price reduction of approx. 25%. This reduction is automatically applied during the registration process, on the basis of the country of origin of the participant.
Entry into Slovenia A national of a third country (other than EEA citizens and Swiss nationals) who wishes to enter and reside in the Republic of Slovenia for the purposes of a tourist, business, personal or other type of visit should obtain a visa at a diplomatic mission or consular post of the Republic of Slovenia prior to their entering the country, unless they come from a group of countries which do not require a visa or if they are already in possession of one of the following permissions (visa type C, residence permit and long-stay visa type D).

List of Participants To facilitate networking, a list of participants will be included in the book of abstracts. This list will only be provided to registered attendees, and will not be distributed outside the conference.
Pictures & Video waiver During the event, pictures and video footage might be taken by the organisers for future promotional use. By visiting the conference, you agree that these images may be used without your further approval and that you waive derived rights.
