Posters can be displayed for the whole duration of the symposium. All posters should be mounted on Wednesday during the lunch break and removed before the end of the lunch break on Friday. Posters which will not have been removed by Friday afternoon will be disposed of by the Symposium Secretariat.

Posters should be attended according to the following schedule:

• Wednesday January 27 from 18:00 to 20:00, in parallel with the Belgian Beer tasting: all posters
• Thursday January 28 from 10:45 to 11:15: posters with odd numbers
• Thursday January 28 from 15:55 to 16:30: posters with even numbers

Poster size is A0 - nominally 90 cm wide and 120 cm high, in portrait format (no landscape). A poster number will be assigned to each abstract and will be announced to the first author, along with the day of presentation in the last info e-mail sent one week before the conference.

Poster presenters are responsible for setting up and removing the posters.
