Accommodation - remarks:

• Student registration includes a one night accommodation (May 18) in a shared room (twin). During the online registration process, students do not need to book their room. To access the room selection tool, log-in with your registration details and access your registration, under "modify my registration" you will have the option to "Choose your room".
• Participants registering with the academic or industry profile, do not have the accommodation included in their registration fee. Academic and industry participants are asked to book a room during the registration process. However, at this stage they will only receive an invitation to pay the registration fees, as the accomodation might be covered if the symposium budget allows it.
• Please note that your accommodation booking cannot be cancelled after April 6!

Registration profiles - remarks:

• Postdocs are considered as academics and need to register with the corresponding profile.
