Welcome Reception
The Welcome Reception will be held on Monday June 17 at 18:00 in the City Hall of Ghent, a fascinating building of the city. The Reception is free of charge for registered participants, but subject to reservation via your online registration.
Boat Tour and Cocktail

Take part in a boat tour followed by a cocktail on Tuesday June 18.
- 16:00-17:00: Boat tour to discover the medieval center of Ghent - with an English speaking guide
- 17:30-18:30: Enjoy a cocktail in the Oud Vleeshuis
The boat tour and cocktail are free of charge for registered participants, but subject to reservation via your online registration.
Symposium Banquet
The banquet will take place on Wednesday June 19 at 19:00, in Het Monasterium, in the Sint-Autbertuskerk, located at walking distance from Het Pand.
Participation at the banquet is optional with a contribution of €60.
