The Social Programme of RICT 2017 will include the following events:

• Welcome Reception on Wednesday, July 5
  Venue: Centre de Congrès Pierre Baudis
  Participation in the welcome reception is free of charge, but subject to prior registration (during your on-line registration).

• Cocktail at the City Hall on Thursday, July 6
  Venue: City Hall of Toulouse
  Participation is free of charge, an invitation will be available in your registration enveloppe.

• Symposium Banquet on Thursday, July 6
  Venue: Hotel Dieu
  The participation to the Banquet is optional, and requires prior registration as well as a contribution of 55,00€ per participant. Please register for the banquet during your on-line registration. Persons willing to attend the Banquet, but who are not registered for the symposium either as scientific delegate or as accompanying person, will be charged a fee of 85,00€.
