Student Accommodation
Student registration includes a one night accommodation (May 23) in a shared room. During the online registration process, students do not need to book their room. To access the room selection tool, log-in with your registration details and access your registration, under "modify my registration" you will have the option to "Choose your room".
We strongly encourage students to register and select their shared room (included in their registration fee) prior to April 20, 2016. After this date, availabilities cannot be guaranteed.
Please be advised that a certain number of shared twin rooms is located in the Holiday Inn Express and the remaining ones (twins and 4 persons bedrooms) are located at the Student Hostel - Hostel H. You can select your room by accessing your registration and they will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. However, we ask the bigger groups to fill the multiple beds bedrooms first.
Academic & Industry participants
Participants registering with the academic or industry profile do not have the accommodation included in their registration fee. Academic and industry participants are asked to book a room during the registration process. However, at this stage they will only receive an invitation to pay the registration fees, as the accommodation might be covered if the symposium budget allows it.
The Symposium has negociated rates with the Holiday Inn Hasselt
