- March 21, 2016: Deadline for abstract submission for Oral Communication selection, free abstract submission for Poster presentation and Early Bird fees.
- From March 22 to May 9, 2016 included: abstracts for Poster presentations can still be submitted, but are subject to the prior payment of 50,00€ handling fees.
