All participants are invited to submit abstracts of scientific communications which will be peer-reviewed by the Committee. The abstracts of the accepted communications will be published in the book of abstracts distributed to all symposium attendants.
Out of the submitted proposals, a limited number of oral communications will be selected by the International Organising Committee. The preference of oral and poster presentation should be indicated by the applicant during the submission process (please tick where appropriate on the form if you wish to apply for Oral Communication and select the related session), but the final decision on the format of presentation will be made by the Committee.
Deadline for abstract submission for OC: December 7, 2015
Deadline for abstract submission for posters: January 18, 2016
Please be informed that only the abstracts of participants who have paid their registration will be included in the abstract book!
Abstracts must be submitted via the "My registration link" on this website. Please note that your registration is required to access abstract submission, but payment is not mandatory at this stage. However, accepted summaries will only be published in the book of abstracts of the symposium after full payment of the registration fee.
In order to submit your abstract, select “My registration” and “Abstract submission”. Click on “Add”.
The pdf will be inserted in the book of abstract as shown on the preview. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to fill in all data correctly and completely. Any errors in spelling, grammar or scientific fact will be reproduced as typed by the author.
You can have access to your poster via the website and make changes to it, until submission deadline, by using your registration number and email address as indicated at registration.
Poster size is A0 - nominally 90 cm wide and 120 cm high, in portrait format (no landscape). A poster number will be assigned to each abstract and will be announced to the first author, along with the day of presentation. Poster presenters are responsible for setting up and removing the posters.
