The organisers cordially invite all participants to the Welcome Reception on Wednesday, July 1 at 18:30. The reception is free of charge for registered participants, but subject to reservation (via your online registration form).

The banquet will take place on Thursday, July 2 at 20:00 at the "Palais des Papes", classified along with the historic centre of Avignon as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1995. 

Participation in the banquet is optional with a contribution of €55 for scientific delegates and/or accompanying persons. Persons which are not registered to RICT 2015 can also sign up for the banquet, with a contribution of €85.
