- 19 July 2013: Deadline for abstract submission for Oral Communication selection, free abstract submission for Poster presentation and Early Bird fees.
- From 20 July to 10 September 2013 included: abstracts for Poster presentations can still be submitted, but are subject to the prior payment of 50,00€ handling fees.
