The room rate includes the rental fee, clean linen and towels, as well as the usage of the showers. It doesn’t include breakfast, nor the usage of the common areas such as the kitchens. Please note that each room has a sink, but toilets & showers are in common.
The Residency is located close to the Arenberg Park, very close to Campus Gasthuisberg, where the Symposium is taking place. It is new and fully non-smoking residency. (see map)
Student room's keys will be distributed at the Symposium Registration Desk only, during the announced opening hours. A 50,00€ deposit will be required as guarantee for the key. The Registration Desk will be open on Sunday July 15 from 16:00 to 19:00. In case of late arrival we will arrange a group appointment at a fixed time on Sunday evening in front of the Students Residency for the distribution of the remaining keys. Room check-out should be done on Friday July 20 before the start of the lectures, and keys should be given back at the Registration Desk before 13:00.
