Please be aware that the number of rooms available in Namur is limited! Rooms will be distributed on a first come, first served basis.

A shuttle bus will be organised every day from certain hotels to the University for a Daily Fee of 10 euro. Please check when booking your accommodation via the online booking tool whether the bus service is available for the hotel you have selected. If this is the case, please do not forget to register for the bus during or after your online registration for the Symposium. (your registration can be updated online up to one month before the event)

Booking Conditions

- It is advised to reserve your room before Friday, 11th June 2010. After that date, hotel reservations and rates will be subject to the availability of the hotel.
- All cancellation and amendments of reservation must be done in writing to RESOTEL, at the latest 96 hours (local time) before the day of arrival. If you do not cancel your reservation following this procedure, the hotel will be entitled to charge you for the entire stay booked.
- In case of no-show, the entire stay booked will be charged and your room will be kept for you until noon the day following your expected arrival date. Afterwards, the room will be offered as freely available.
- In case of early departure, the remaining night(s) will still be charged.
- Payments for all room bookings are to be settled with the hotels directly upon departure.
- A valid credit card number must be given when making your booking request in order to guarantee and secure your reservation. Rooms which are not guaranteed with a credit card number will automatically be released by the hotel, the day prior to the expected arrival.
- The hotel confirmation will be sent by email within 3 days, with the name and address of the hotel, arrival/departure dates, type of room and cost per night. Each guest is responsible for checking this information (dates of arrival/departure, number of nights …) and advising RESOTEL for any corrections or changes.
- If you have not received the final hotel confirmation email within 3 days, please contact RESOTEL at info@resotel.be or at +32 2 779.39.39.

Low budget accommodation is available in the university guesthouse located in the heart of Namur. A room at the Student Residency has to be requested on the symposium online registration form.

In a quite area, at 8 minutes walking distance from the Symposium venue (FUNDP). The Residency has 160 single rooms with internet connection. The breakfast is not included but can be booked at registration time and taken at the university restaurant "L'Arsenal" on your way to the Symposium venue (4.5 euro):
