The course fee includes 3 nights accommodation, breakfast, coffee-breaks, lunches and dinners during the three days of the conference.

Upon special request to the organizers (only based on financial conditions and supported by an argued recommendation of the head of the department of the applicant), a limited number (maximum 3) applicants from academia may be admitted at a reduced fee.

Scientists from EFMC Corporate Member Institutions benefit from priority selection for EFMC-organised Short Courses. Furthermore, a discount of 10% for attendees from corporate member institutions is envisaged.
