All participants are invited to submit abstracts for scientific communications.
The submitted abstracts will be peer-reviewed for acceptance by the Scientific Committe and, out of the submitted proposals, 3 Oral Communications will be selected. The other accepted abstracts will get the opportunity to be presented as posters.
Abstract acceptance will be notified to all authors by the Symposium Secretariat by November 9, 2012.
Submission deadline: October 30, 2012.
Your registration is required to access the abstract submission tool, but payment is not mandatory at this stage. However, accepted summaries will be published in the Book of Abstracts of the Symposium only after full payment of the registration fee.
You will always receive an acknowledgement of your abstract submission. If this doesn't occur, please contact us at secretariat@ldorganisation.com or call +32 10 454777 to make sure that we have received your abstract.
In order to submit your abstract please log in via menu 'My Registration' or 'Abstract submission' using your registration number and email address. Then select 'Abstract submission' and click on 'Add':

Abstracts will be inserted into the Book of Abstracts as shown on the PDF Preview. It is the author's responsibility to fill in all data correctly and completely. Any errors in spelling, grammar or scientific facts will not be corrected and will be reproduced as typed by the author,
Changes to submitted abstracts can be made online until the submission deadline. Please log in using your registration number and email address as indicated at registration.
Poster size is A0 portrait format (nominally 90cm wide and 120cm high). No landscape.
A poster number will be assigned to each abstract and will be communicated to the main author, along with the day of the poster presentation.
Poster presenters are responsible for setting up and removing their own poster.
