**ABSTRACT SUBMISSION FOR BOSS XIII IS NOW CLOSED**

All participants are invited to actively participate by submitting abstracts of scientific communications for poster presentation. Submitted abstracts will be peer-reviewed for their acceptance by the Organising Committee.

Please note that your registration is required to access abstract submission, but payment is not mandatory at this stage. Accepted summaries will however only be published in the book of abstracts of the symposium, after full payment of the registration fee.

You will always receive an acknowledgement of your abstract submission. If you do not receive anything, please call us on +32 10 45 47 77 or send us an email to secretariat@LDOrganisation.com, to make sure we have received your abstract.

Notification on acceptance of the abstract will be emailed within one month after the submission deadline.

Deadline for poster submission: May 3, 2012
Poster acceptance will be sent out by the end of May 2012

Poster size is A0 - nominally 90 cm wide and 120 cm high, in portrait format (no landscape).

By end June a poster number will be assigned to each abstract and will be announced to the first author. Poster presenters are responsible for setting up and removing the posters.

Poster Session 1: Posters with even numbers
The posters should be set up on Monday 16/07 during the morning coffee break (11:00) and dismantled on Tuesday 17/07 during the afternoon coffee break (15:30)

Poster Session 2: Posters with odd numbers
The posters should be set up on Wednesday 18/07 during the morning coffee break (11:00) and dismantled on Friday 20/07 during the last coffee break (11:00)
