Registration Information
Please register online via online registration link 

The Registration Package Includes:
• admission to all scientific sessions and exhibition
• programme, abstract book
• certificate of attendance
• lunches and refreshment breaks

The banquet is optional for all registered participants with a contribution of 50 €.
For the persons not registered for the symposium the price for the banquet is 80 €.

Registration and Confirmation
You will always receive confirmation of your booking. An automatic reply will immediately follow any online registration and a subsequent final confirmation will be sent by e-mail once your registration has been processed by our secretariat. If you do not receive these, please send an e-mail to secretariat@LDOrganisation.com to make sure that we have received your booking. Within two weeks from the confirmation, a pro-forma invoice for your participation will be sent by our accounting department. Please notify any corrections to your registration immediately. Invoices with proof of payment will be sent after reception of the payment. All registrations which have been confirmed by LD Organisation are considered valid registrations, unless cancelled within two weeks from the registration date. After the indicated date, cancellation fees are due. Please note that only registered participants will have access to the social programme and all services provided by the Symposium Secretariat.

Liability and Insurance

Neither the Organisers nor LD Organisation will assume any responsibility whatsoever for any damage or injury to persons or property during the Symposium. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to travel and health insurance.
