Collective remittances should be accompanied by a list of names. In case your company/university accounting system requires a purchase order #, please send us the purchase order and we will send you an invoice for the payment of the fees.
Cancellation
- Substitutions may be made at any time, but please advise the Symposium Secretariat of any change of name.
- In case of cancellation prior to June 1, 2010, by written notice, registration fees will be refunded, less 125 Euro processing charges. Unfortunately, after this date, no other cancellations refunds can be given. | |
