You have two easy ways to register:

• online via the Online registration tool
• fill in the registration form and return it by mail or fax to LD Organisation

The registration fee covers

• proceedings, certificate of attendance
• breakfast, lunches, coffee breaks and banquet
• one night accommodation

Important
- there is a supplement of 30 € for a single room
- there is a supplement of 65 € for an extra night

Registration and confirmation

You will always receive a confirmation of your booking. An automatic reply will immediately follow an on-line registration and in the subsequent business days a complete confirmation will follow once your registration has been processed by our secretariat. If you do not obtain anything, please send an e-mail to secretariat@LDOrganisation.com to make sure that we have received your booking. Within two weeks from the confirmation, an invoice for your participation will be sent by our accounting department. Please notify any corrections to your registration immediately.

All registrations which have been confirmed by LD Organisation are considered valid registrations, unless cancelled within two weeks from the registration date. After the indicated date, cancellation fees are due. However in case an abstract is not accepted for presentation at the symposium, no cancellation fee will be due.

Please note that only registered participants will have access to the social program and all services provided by the symposium secretariat.

Deadlines

• Early registration fees apply until April 14, 2009
• Registration closes May 11, 2009

Cancellations

Substitutions may be made at any time, but please advise the Symposium Secretariat of any change of name. In case of cancellation prior to April 14, 2009, by written notice, registration fees will be refunded, less 125 Euro processing charges (no cancellation fee is due in case your abstract is refused by the Scientific Committee). Unfortunately, after this date, no other cancellations can be accepted.

Liability and insurance

Neither the Organizers nor LD Organisation will assume any responsibility whatsoever for any damage or injury to persons or property during the Symposium. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to travel and health insurance.

In the unlikely event that the Organizing Committee shall deem it necessary to cancel the symposium, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. Neither LD Organisation, nor the Organizing Committee shall be liable for reimbursing travel costs or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.
