Welcome Reception - Tuesday September 9, 19:00-20:00
All participants and registered accompanying persons are warmly invited to attend the Welcome Reception which will take place at the Compus Drie Eiken of the University of Antwerp. The Welcome Reception will be held just after the evening lecture dedicated to Dr. P. Janssen.

Organ Concert - Wednesday September 10
All participants and registered accompanying persons are invited to attend an organ concert by Peter Van de Velde in the cathedral of Antwerp. He will make a little walk through 4 centuries of organ music: J.S. Bach, J.N. Lemmens, C. Debussy, L. Vierne and C. D’hooghe. After the concert a guided tour through the cathedral is planned.

Excursions - Friday September 12 afternoon
The excursions are optional. Please note that all start at 15:00.

Symposium Dinner - Friday September 12
The banquet will take place at "De Ark", a floating theatre in the old harbor of Antwerp, where once was a dry dock. The Symposium dinner is optional for all registered participants with a contribution of 50 €. For persons not registered for the symposium the price for the banquet is 110 €.

The accompanying person fee includes welcome reception, organ concert as well as lunches during the symposium. Accompanying persons should make a separate registration, but indicate the name of the person with whom they come in the appropriate field of the registration form.
