Payment
If possible, please make your payment by credit card (Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa, AmEx) on-line while registering for the symposium.

Otherwise, payments, net of all bank costs, should be made to the symposium secretariat:

Collective remittances should be accompanied by a list of names. Within two weeks from the confirmation of your registration, an invoice for your participation will be sent by our accounting department. Please notify any corrections to your registration immediately.

Confirmation
You will always receive a confirmation of your booking. An automatic reply will immediately follow any on-line registration and a subsequent final confirmation will be sent by email once your registration has been processed by our secretariat. If you do not receive these, please send an e-mail to secretariat@LDOrganisation.com to make sure that we have received your booking. Within two weeks from the confirmation, an invoice for your participation will be sent by our accounting department.
Please notify any corrections to your registration immediately.

All registrations which have been confirmed by LD Organisation are considered valid registrations, unless cancelled within two weeks from the registration date. After the indicated date, cancellation fees are due. However in case an abstract is not accepted for presentation at the symposium, no cancellation fee will be due.

Please note that only registered participants will have access to the social program and all services provided by the symposium secretariat.

Cancellations
Substitutions may be made at any time, but please advise the Symposium Secretariat of any change of name.

Cancellation fees:
before July 27, 2008: 125 EUR
from July 27, 2008: no refund

In the unlikely event that the Organizing Committee shall deem it necessary to cancel the symposium, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. Neither LD Organisation, nor the Organizing Committee shall be liable for reimbursing travel costs or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.
